We are currently seeking full-time and part-time cooks at The Skinny Pancake in Albany who are passionate about local food, supporting their team, and contributing to a bustling restaurant. Hospitality is a team sport, so cooks can expect to be scheduled to work the line spinning crepes, dishwashing, or doing prep work.
Compensation includes a competitive base wage plus a back-of-house revenue share split amongst staff each shift. This position has a base rate of $17 per hour with an average hourly rate of $18.50. When we're busier, your pay goes up!

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Prepare and maintain a clean and safe work area
- Food prep, cooking, crepe spinning, cleaning and dishwashing
- Handle multiple food orders simultaneously, so orders are served together and meet targeted ticket times
- Utilize recipes and portion control
- Follow sanitation procedures
- Perform general cleaning and restocking
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests
- Balance high volume with high quality
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Work in a team-oriented, collaborative manner
